Developed for the TENSO Days Young Composers Workshop 2014. as part of the "From Poetry to Music 1914-1918" project. The recording is of the first draft in workshop by the DR VokalEnsemblet. The texts are by Canadian, Jamaican and Indian soldiers, and an Australian woman, all written during WW1.

Inspired by the small sculpture works of Anish Kapoor from the 1980’s, in particular To reflect an Intimate Part of the Red (1981) and Red in the Centre (1982).
